Our Story

The Fruit Jar Howlers formed as a group in 2020. Initially performing as a trio, the group was complete with the addition of Paul Kelley on bass. We specialize in hard-driving Bluegrass, old-school honky-tonk, country and inspiring Bluegrass gospel, with an emphasis on strong duet vocals.

Our strongest influences come from groups like the Stanley Brothers, Hazel Dickens, Hank Williams, Roy Acuff and the Louvin Brothers. We try to pick songs that mean something to us and sing them that way.

We truly appreciate our audience and love to interact with them. You all make this fun for us and we strive to entertain, engage and make our shows a lot of fun for you.
